| Abstract: | Piezoelectrical phase modulator is fabricated, and its phase shift coefficient is measured out by use of fibre interferometer. At the same time, some principal aspects which influence its coefficient are studied carefully both by experiments and theory analysis in order to prepare for interferomic fibre sensors . |
