文化教育是人才的摇篮,是人类文化的继续、发展和创新的阵地.文化教育是提高大学生思想道德素质的主要途径,是推进素质教育的阵地,两者必须结合,才能培育出全方位综合方向发展的高素质人才.文化教育包括精神文化、教育文化和物质文化等方面.精神文化是文化教育的核心,教育文化是体现学校教学和科研为社会主义市场经济和面向世界的要求提供培养人才的摇篮,物质文化包括教育设施、文体设施、服务设施和校园环境建设,为培养高素质优秀人才提供物质保障.

Education of Culture and Quality

Cultural education is the cradle of talents, the position of human cultures to spread, progress and make innovation and the main approach to improving the undergraduates' quality of idea and morality. It also the position of quality education. Therefore the versatile person in high quality can be cultured by combining the culture educations with the quality education. The cultural education involves material culture, spiritual culture and educational culture. Spiritual culture is the core of cultural education while educational culture is the cradle where the talents are cultured and provided for socialist market economy and the world. Material culture provides the material assurance for culturing excellent person, which involves the facility of education, recreation, sports and service and the constructions of the campus environment.
