新疆继续教育发展现状的宏观分析

继续教育是终身学习体系的重要组成部分,新疆维吾尔自治区政府提出：到2020年,继续教育发展水平要能基本满足公民多样化的学习和发展需要。然而,本文通过重点分析新疆成人高等学历教育和职业培训的发展现状,发现当前新疆继续教育发展过程中,存在教育资源不足且分布不均、办学规模偏小、办学经费来源单一、投入不足等问题。为解决这些问题,夯实民生之基,增强新疆发展后劲,本文结合新疆实际提出了相关对策。

A Macro Analysis of the Current Development of Continuing Education in Xinjiang

Continuing education is an important part of the system of lifelong learning.The government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region announced that the development level of continuing education will be able to basically meet the citizens＇ diverse requirements for learning and development.However,this article focuses on analyzing the current situation of adult high academic certificate education and vocational training in Xinjiang,finding that the development of continuing education is faced with problems of inadequate and uneven distribution of educational resources,small educational scale,single source of funding,insufficient investment etc.To address these issues,strengthen the base of livelihood and enhance the development potential,this article puts forward some suggestions based on the reality of Xinjiang.
