| 摘 要： | 学术期刊在防范学术不端行为中负有义不容辞的责任,但在实际操作中,学术不端行为的界定具有模糊性,学术期刊在学术不端行为的判定中是否准确合理,学术期刊对于作者的学术不端行为的惩戒是否具有合法性都存在争议,本文对如何进一步防范学术不端行为做了探讨。

| Abstract: | It's incumbent on academic journals to prevent academic misconduct bounden duty, but in practice, what is academic misconduct is fuzzy. Whether the judgment of academic misconduct on the part of academic journals is reasonable, whether the punishment is reasonable, are still in debate. The article explores on how to do more to prevent academic misconduct. |
