| Abstract: | Young Teachers are the major force in the universities.The focus of the university labor union is how to strengthen the construction of young teacher's ethics and mobilize fully the enthusiasm and creativity of the young teachers.This paper puts forward some concrete measures to strengthen the building of young teacher's ethics according to the situation of union and characteristics of the young teachers. |
