| 摘 要： | 教师的专业知识是从事教育教学工作的前提条件。新疆的双语教师按民族可以分为汉族双语教师和维族双语教师两种，哪种教师的专业知识水平更高，更适合于实施双语教学？本文主要通过实证研究，并辅以哲学思考，对此问题进行分析，最后得出结论，并提出建议。

| Abstract: | Teachers＇professional knowledge is the prerequisite of carrying out education and teaching. Bilingual teachers in Xinjiang can be classified into Han bilingual teachers and Uygur bilingual teachers. Which group has a higher level of expertise and more suitable for the bilingual teaching？ In this paper, through empirical research supplemented by philosophical reflection, this issue is analysed, and a conclusion is reached at last,some suggestions are gired. |
