| 摘 要： | 新疆高校的学科建设存在着学科基础薄弱、学科定位失当、学科资源短缺等发展瓶颈。本文从外部影响因素和内部影响因素来分析新疆高校的学科建设。外部影响因素包括政策环境、经济发展水平、文化环境等,内部环境影响因素包括学科方向、学科定位、学科队伍、学科基地、管理机构等。
