| 摘 要： | 学校教育不仅承担学生的知识传授,还要负责学生的道德培养,而学校的道德文化建设是当前学校工作管理和改进的重要内容,在此过程中,校长的道德领导力起着至关重要的作用。本文基于道德领导理论,通过分析校长道德领导力的现实需求和职能定位,进一步构建有效提升中小学校长道德领导力的途径。
