对高等院校办学目标定位制定的思考

高校要切实制定好办学目标定位,应该考虑以下问题:注重教育研究,以教育理念丰富办学指导思想;注重学校发展的基本的、长远的目标的确立,以使目前的办学目标定位更清晰;重审发展观,注重发展观的更新;以专业和学科建设为中心,带动高校形成办学特色。

On the Goal Identity of Running Higher Institutions

This paper studies the goal identity of some higher institutions in Xinjiang and poses the opinions: If the administrators of higher institution want to determine their goal identities practically, attentions need to be paid to some questions First, the administrators of higher institutions should put emphasis on educational researches and enrich their guiding ideology of running colleges and universities by educational notion. Second, they also should lay stress on the determination of developing , basic and long-term goal in order to make present goal identities clearer. Third, they should consider the developing concept to renew their educational opinion continually. Fourth, they should focus on the specialization and discipline construction and accelerate their colleges or universities to form their unique character.
