| 摘 要： | 土地利用规划管理是保护土地资源的重要手段。信息技术和计算机技术的飞速发展,特别是地理信息系统(GIS)技术的日益成熟,为建立土地利用规划管理信息系统提供了可能条件。本文在计算机技术和GIS软件的支持下,以土地数据库和土地利用规划业务为主线,针对石河子市的土地利用现状,设计石河子市的土地利用规划管理信息系统,便于今后石河子市的土地利用规划管理。

| Abstract: | The land - use planning and management is the important means that protects the land resources. The rapid development of information technique and computer, especially the increasingly mature geographical information system( CIS), provides the possible condition for the establishment of the land - use planning management information system. Under the support of the computer technique and software of GIS, this article designs the land - use planning and management information system of the Shihezi city to manage the land - use planning of future Shihezi city, aiming at the present land - use condition. |
