| 摘 要： | 在目前大力发展研究生教育的同时,造就一支高水平的研究生导师队伍显得尤为重要,本文提出高校主要从建立严格的导师遴选制度和评估制度;实行固定编制与流动编制相结合、专任导师和兼任导师相结合的用人机制等方面来进行导师队伍建设。

| Abstract: | With the vigorously developing of postgraduate education at present it becomes especially important to train a high level postgraduate's tutor troop. This article proposes that university should carry on the strict systems for the tutor troop construction, such as establishing strict tutor selection system and evaluation system, carrying on the unifying fixed establishment with flow establishment, combining the full-time tutor with the part-time tutor and so on. |
