| 摘 要： | 文章通过对速度对抗和高度对抗在比赛中各自优势范围、作用和价值的对比分析与讨论，得出在现代篮球比赛的攻守对抗中，速度对抗较高度对抗逐渐占据上风、占据优势；速度对抗正取代高度对抗成为攻守对抗中的主流现象。
