香港学前教育的现状与启示——参加“中国西部学前教育教师交流计划”考察报告

在世界幼儿教育联合会——香港分会的邀请下，我们参加了“中国西部学前教育教师交流计划”赴香港的考察交流活动，对香港学前教育的政策、课程、师资等状况有了初步的了解。尤其是政府对学前教育管理的重视，充分利用空间创设教育环境；重视学前教师专业素质、专业水平的提高；重视“两文三语”的学习等具体做法值得发展中的西部学前教育借鉴与学习。

The Current Situation and Enlightenment of Preschool Education in Hong Kong ---Investigation Report of Attending ＂Preschool Education Teacher Exchange Plan of West China＂

Invited by World Nursery Education Unien-Hong Kong Branch, we presented a communication activity of ＂preschool education teacher exchange plan of China West＂ in Hong Kong, and had a initiative comprehension to the poli- cy,lessons and teaching condition of preschool education in Hong Kong. Especially the government emphasizes the manage- ment of preschool education ; space is utilized sufficiently to construct education environment; the improvement of preschool teachers＂ subject quality and level is paid attention;the study of ＂biliterate and trilingual＂ is paid attention and some details are worth to drawing and studying for the developing preschool education in China West.
