| 摘 要： | 新世纪,新疆为推动经济的发展,提出了大力发展天山北坡经济带的战略。而经济带的发展必须以城市带为载体,二者是相辅相成关系,文中从构建城市带的意义入手,对城市带建立中存在问题以及思路作了阐述。

| Abstract: | In the new century, Xinjiang puts forward the strategies of developing economic areas on the northern slopes of Tianshan in order to prompt its economy. The cities must be the carrier of the development of economic areas. Therefore they are supplementary each other. This article elaborates the ideas of building cities and the problems existing in building cities. |
