| Abstract: | Starting with the chinese traditional Character of rule by law,this article believes that different countries have various rule by law,according to their respective legal traditions.Chinese Construction of rule by law should have its own distinctive character.That is,the construction process should connect the type of social evolvement with the type of governmental advancement. |
