| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放,经济发展,我国法学教育在实践中存在的弊端已日益凸显,对法学教育的改革刻不容缓。本文从分析我国法学教育的现状入手,提出对法学教育改革方向和新世纪法律人才培养的几点建议。

| Abstract: | With tile reform and economic development, the drawback existing in our law educational practice has been already prominent day by day, Therefore, it is very urgent to make the reform of law education. This article analyzes the current situation of our law education, proposes the direction of the educational reform and puts forward some suggestions of law talents training in the new century. |
