| 摘 要： | 面对新世纪的挑战,我国高等教育只有改革才能发展。为此,我们必须强化三个意识,即“国际意识”、“素质意识”和“改革意识”,推动高等教育的改革,促进高等教育的发展,培养出更多适应21世纪的高素质人才。
