| 摘 要： | "一带一路"为新疆高等教育国际合作提供了机遇,以马丁·特罗的高等教育发展阶段理论为依据,分析新疆周边国家高等教育发展状态是合作的基础,从高等教育国际化、影响力及信息化入手,分析新疆与周边国家高等教育合作中存在的主要问题,对新疆调整与周边国家高等教育合作发展策略,培养国际化人才,服务丝绸之路经济带核心区建设具有现实意义.
