文娱领域综合治理语境下高校艺术学科教师评价与考核机制建设的相关问题研究

文娱领域综合治理是当下的文化热点,但与之相关的高校艺术学科教师的评价与考核机制建设却一直是被学术界忽略的问题。该问题不仅关乎高校教师评价与考核工作的整体进程、艺术学科的健康发展,还关乎国家文艺创作队伍的建设、文娱行业的天清气朗。本文认为艺术学科教师评价与考核机制是决定文娱领域艺人违法失德乱象的重要要素之一,科学、系统、规范的评价与考核机制有利于这一问题的解决。

Research on Related Issues in the Construction of University Art Subject Teachers Evaluation and Assessment Mechanism in the Context of Comprehensive Management in the Field of Entertainment

Comprehensive management in the field of entertainment is a cultural hot topic at present,but the related construction of the evaluation and assessment mechanism of university art subject teachers has always been an ignored issue by academia.This issue is not only related to the overall process of university teacher evaluation and assessment and the healthy development of art discipline,but also related to the construction of the national cultural and entertainment creation team,and of the upholding of proper behabor in the entertainment industry.The author of this thesis believes that the evaluation and assessment mechanism of university art subject teachers is one of the important factors that determines the illegal and moral chaos of the entertainers in the field of entertainment.A scientific,systematic and standardized evaluation and assessment mechanism is conducive to the solution of the issue.
