| 摘 要： | 兵团中小学实施校长负责制以来 ,对学校的管理产生了巨大的促进和推动作用 ,但由于受多种因素的制约 ,它在推动学校素质教育的工作中还存在着某些不适应的方面。文章从调查校长工作的现状和领导权力的实施入手指出 ,加强和完善校长负责制应该提高校长的师德修养、严格选拔好校长 ,赋予校长足够的人事、财政和管理权 ,加强学校的民主监督和民主管理 ,健全教育法制等

| Abstract: | The implementation of headmaster's resposibility in Bingtuan's schools has promoted the school's management greatly since 1985.The paper analyses the present situation of leader's power of the headmasters in Bingtuan's schools and offens some views on the development of the headmaster's morality,selecling headmasters,entitling the headmaster enough power over management,personnel and finace. |
