黄炎培职业教育思想不仅奠定了我国现代职业教育思想的基础,也是我国职业教育理论的重要组成部分。本文试图以黄炎培的职业教育思想和实践为主线,评析黄炎培职业教育思想的历史贡献、当代价值和局限性,从而提炼出黄炎培职业教育思想在培养方向、培养目标、培养途径上对当前我们探索高等职业教育人才培养的重要启迪作用。

Inspiration of HuangyanpeiS Vocational Education Thought for Higher Vocational Personnel Training

Huangyanpei’s vocational education thought not only laid the foundation for our modern vocational education thought,but is also an important part of the theory of Chinas vocational education.This paper attempts to have vocational education thought and practice to Huangyanpei as the main line,to analyse the historical contribution of the Huangyanpei’s vocational education thought,contemporary value and limitations,thus extract the essence of Huangyanpei’s Vocational Education Thought in the orientation of training,training objectives,training methods,we explore the higher vocational Education in inspiration.
