| Abstract: | Independent colleges take on the tasks of cultivating high -level expertise in application -oriented fields for regional economy and social development. In order to assure the quality of personnel training, a complete application - oriented training quality guarantee system should bc huilt from the aspects of teaching staff, practice teaching, teaching quality monitoring, the evaluation system, teaching matetiats construction and learning atmosphere. |
