| 摘 要： | 人口是影响和谐社会建设的一个十分重要的因素。本文从人口出生率和自然增长率逐年下降、生育高峰期妇女生育率下降、独生子女群体日益增大、家庭规模呈日渐缩小、人口老龄化趋势加速五个方面分析了石河子垦区人口结构特征及成因,并就如何统筹解决人口问题,构建和谐垦区提出了思考。

| Abstract: | population is a very important factor in the construction of harmonious society.this article analyses the characteristics and causes of the population formation in shihezi region,from perspective of the decline in birth rate and the fertility rate,the increasing of the families with only child and aging population.It also puts forward some advice on how to solve these problems. |
