| 摘 要： | 总体水平低下,城镇发展滞后、区域内发展极不平衡、固化特征明显,是新疆二元结构的基本特征。本文从社会主义新农村建设的视角,分析新疆城乡二元结构的具体表现,并从对二元结构基本特征的分析中,探求促进新疆社会主义新农村建设的基本对策和制度诉求。

| Abstract: | The basic characteristic of Xinjiang's "urban-rural double structure" is low overall level,lagging and unbalanced development and clear original feature.This paper analyzes the specific behave of Xinjiang's "urban-rural double structure" from the angle of the new countrysides' construction and searches after the basic strategies and system appeal of improving Xinjiang's countryside construction. |
