| 摘 要： | 兵团城镇化建设已具有一定规模 ,但同新经济、新世纪的要求相比还有很大差距。兵团城镇化建设只有切合自身实际 ,突出重点 ,明确目标 ,理顺机制 ,充分利用现有条件 ,才能发挥兵团城镇化建设的功能 ,提高城镇化建设水平 ,推动兵团经济现代化发展。

| Abstract: | Although the construction of BINGTUAN urbanization has been in a certain scale, there is still a great disparity comparing with the needs of new economic and new century. The construction can bring its function into full play, raise its level and propel the economical modernization of BINGTUAN forward only by fitting in with BINGTUAN's own actual circumstances, laying stress on the key points, making clear the object, coordinating mechanism and making full use of conditions available. |
