The Aims and Means of Long Yusheng to Start Quarterly of Ci Poem Studies

The modern master of the study of ci poems,Long Yusheng,launched Quarterly of Ci Poem Studies,and decided that it was a journal of ci poem studies.After deciding on the authors and the way to communicate with the readers,he published the first issue,realizing his aim;then,he made an efforts to improve the communication between editors and authors so that the journal would continue its existence;he also tried to enable the readers to take part in the editing of the journal.The publication of Quarterly of Ci Poem Studies left a glorious page in the history of editing journals of ci poem studies.
