| Abstract: | This paper, by using the counting method, studies the 130 nouns of direction or locality included in the Contemporary Chinese Dictionary （Fifth Edition） , analyses their characters in form of pronunciation, framework of meaning, and form of structure so as to help dicionary users to better understand the characters of nouns of direeiton and locality in comtemporary Chinese. |
