| Abstract: | The western part of China plays the importance role during the process of well-off society construction in an all-round way. It seems urgent to strengthen the moral construction during advancing well-off society building in an all-round way in the western part of China. This doesn't contain the true meaning to stress well-off society construction in the western part of China, but also provides spiritual power and intelligent insists. |
