| 摘 要： | 通过问卷对石河子市中学地理师资现状进行调查。结果显示：石河子市中学地理教师年龄结构趋向年轻化，发展潜力大，但不利于年轻教师的快速成长；学历结构符合教育法的基本要求，但整体职称结构不理想；地理教师存在兼职情况且工作量大但收入并不理想；科研整体水平偏低且教师继续教育情况不够理想。

On the Conditions of Geography Teachers under the Environment of Basic Education in Shihezi |

| Abstract: | By using questionnaires, the paper has made a thorough investigation into the geography teachers in secondary schools in Shihezi City. The findings are as follows ： The geography teachers of middle schools in Shihezi are increasingly young and have larger of development potential, but it is not conducive to the rapid growth of young teachers ; educational structure conform to the requirements of basic education law, but the overall title structure is not ideal. Geography teachers have part - time jobs and heavy workloads but their incomes are not ideal. The overall low level of scientific research and teachers＂ continuing education situation is not ideal. |
