| 摘 要： | 作为高校大学生思想政治教育队伍的三大主体之一,辅导员是高校稳定和培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要力量。角色定位,决定工作职责,作为辅导员只有找准角色定位,明确工作职责,并认真履行工作职责,才能成为一名称职的辅导员。

| Abstract: | Instructor is one of the three main parts in the rank of college students' political thoughts education and also the power of both reliable successors and qualified attributers,who are dealing with the stable collages and cultivating the morality,intellect,body health and art of social career.Orientation of the role decides the working obligation.Therefore,a qualified instructor must be the one who can orientate a proper role,knowing about the working obligation. |
