| Abstract: | This paper discusses the ideological and political work in the colleges and universities,especially the role of college counselors in the perspective of college students' development.The paper firstly analyzes the main characters and trends of the development of college students.Then it suggests that in view of the current practice,collegiate counselors should identify their roles in college students' ideological and political work in the colleges and universities. |
