| 摘 要： | 尊重法律、信仰法律是兵团实现法治的精神意蕴,也是兵团能否真正实现法治化的支撑点。本文以兵团“四五”普法为契机,概括了兵团人法律信仰的现状及存在的问题,分析其成因,并提出培育兵团人法律信仰的主要途径。

| Abstract: | Respecting law and believing in law are the spiritual connotation of rule by law of Xinjiang production and construction corps,the supporting point of implementation of law.This paper presents the current situation and problems of legal faith,analyzes its cause of formation,and puts forward some approaches of cultivating people's belief of law,seizing the opportunity of the fourth five-year's "Legal Education" campaign in Xinjiang production and construction corps. |
