基于LVQ网络的高校科研能力评估

作为高校核心能力的科研能力,其高低已成为衡量一所高校综合实力的重要指标。如何准确高效的评价高校科研能力成为政府、企业和高校面临的一个十分重要的问题。影响高校科研能力的因素众多,本文选取11个典型指标,建立了基于LVQ的高校科研能力评估模型及算法。首先,介绍了LVQ网络;其次,建立了一种新的基于LVQ的高校科研能力评估模型及算法;最后,利用MATLAB R2009a编程实现了LVQ高校科研能力评估模型及算法。选取25所高校的科研能力数据用于仿真实验,其中20所高校数据作为训练集,其它5所作为测试集,该算法分类正确率为80%,达到了预期目标。仿真结果表明,该模型提高了高校科研能力评价的准确率,评价结果更加客观、公正,对高校科研能力评价具有一定的参考意义。

Evaluation of College Research Capacity Based on LVQ Network

As the core capability for the college,college research capacity is an important evaluation index for college＇s comprehensive capacity. How to effectively evaluate this capacity is of great importance for government, enterprises and universities. There are many factors affecting college research capacity. The paper selects 11 typical indicators to establish an evaluation model and an algorithm based on LVQ. LVQ network is introduced firsdy. Then the model and algorithm are established. At last,the model and algorithm are realized by using program MATLAB R2009a. Data from 25 universities are selected for the simulation experiments,in which 20 is considered as a training set,and other 5 as the testing set. Results show that the correction rate is 80% which achieves the desired goal. It also shows that the model can enhance the correction rate of the evaluation and the results are more objective,which is of certain helpful significance for college research capacity evaluation.
