摘    要:目的研究建构、人本教学模式在体育保健学授课过程中对学生学习兴趣和教学效果的影响。方法以建构、人本教学相结合的理论模式为研究对象,以传统教学模式为对照,通过测试获得学生平均成绩进行统计学分析,并以问卷调查方式获取实验班学生兴趣水平构成比的变化资料。结果传统教学模式授课后,2组学生首测成绩无显著性差异(S1=81.5±3.92分,S2=79.23±2.78分,P=0.071);对实验班采用建构、人本教学模式授课后,2组学生的平均成绩有显著性差异((T1=82.96±3.62分,T2=71.39±4.21分,P=0.001);并且,实验班学习兴趣的构成比有显著提高,兴趣高的比例由39.73%提高至56.76%。结论建构、人本教学模式理论能提高体育保健学的教学效果和激发学生的学习兴趣。

Abstract:objective: To study the effect of constrnctivism and human-based teaching model in sports health care teaching and students' interesting learning. Method: designing a kind of theory about constructivism and human-based teaching model, using traditional teaching model as the control group, the average score of 2 groups were recorded and analyzed statistically, meanwhile acquainting students' learning interest constituent ratios change in experimental group based on questionnaire. Result:adopting the same traditional teaching model, there was no significant difference in average score between 2 groups (S1=81.5 ±3.92,S2=79.23 ±2.78,P=0.071). But when the experimental group's class teaching method converted to constrnctivism and human-based teaching model, there was significant difference in average score between 2 groups (T1=82.96 ±3.6,T2=71.39±4.21,P=0.001),meanwhile the percentage of great interest in learning rising from 39.73% to 56.76%.Conclusion: constructivism and human-based teaching model can enhance the effect of sports health care teaching and students' interesting learning.
