| 摘 要： | 翻转课堂颠覆了传统的教学模式,实现了学生的个性化学习,学生的学习主体性得到了彰显。不过,教师的作用不仅没有弱化,反而变得更加重要,教师在翻转课堂中具有多重角色,是翻转课堂成功实施的关键。本文简要分析和研究教师在翻转课堂中的重要角色。

| Abstract: | The flipped classroom inverts the traditional mode of teaching and caters to the student＇s personality, which emphasizes the student＇s subjectivity in study. However,the teacher＇s role is not underlined hut becomes more important. In the flipped classroom the teacher plays various vital roles,which is crucial to the practice of teaching and learning. This paper studies the teacher＇s important role in the flipped classroom. |
