Improving Credit System and Cultivating Creative Talents

Along with the economic globlization, challenges between countries rest with the competition of creative talents. It is urgently necessary to improve the credit system for Chinese higher education to cultivate creative talents keeping pace with the development of the society. This paper intends to tackle the problems existing in the current credit system that hinders the cultivation of creative talents and elaborates how to improve the present credit-system educational model with some effective measures for the purpose of cultivating more creative talents.
