| Abstract: | The reform of administration in adult college should aim at training for applied talents who have great creativity, with overall planning and focal points, and be based on the principle of arousing their working enthusiasm to promote various reform in all resects. while centered by the reform of teaching administration, guaranteed by the reform of working management in ideology and politics, and takeing the reform of personnel administration as the breakthrough point. |
