基于dSPACE的发动机信号实时采集系统开发

摘    要:为了配合高功率密度柴油机的研制,对某重型车辆发动机冷却系统进行智能化改进,需通过串口方式从实车发动机控制单元中读取发动机工作状态参数,以dSPACE为基础开发了发动机信号实时采集系统,系统数据传输速度快,可靠性高,避免了繁琐的单片机编程,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:In order to improve the cooling system of a vehicle engine,the state parameters is needed to fetch from the engine control unit by serial access system,so an engine signal real-time acquisition system based on dSPACE is developed,both the data transmission speed and reliability of the system meet the challenge,evading write programmer on microcomputer and increasing work efficiency.
