摘    要:采用自动化高速电弧喷涂技术在镁合金基体上制备了FeCrBSiMoNbW非晶纳米晶涂层。采用Flir A20M型红外热像仪对Fe基非晶纳米晶喷涂层的表面温度场进行了实时监测。对Fe基非晶纳米晶涂层和传统的3Cr13涂层的组织结构、力学性能以及摩擦学性能进行了对比分析。实验结果表明:Fe基非晶纳米晶涂层组织致密,孔隙率低,具有相对较高的硬度和拉伸结合强度;形成了非晶相和纳米晶相组成的复合结构,使得涂层具备较好的耐磨减摩性能。
