| 摘 要： | 针对装甲装备传动装置旋转体密封部位经常发生漏油的现象,在分析现有密封环失效机理的基础上设计出一种新式密封环——搭接式弹性密封环,并对其结构特点、工作原理等进行了理论分析。经台架空载和实车使用试验表明：不仅使漏油问题得到彻底地解决,而且有效地提高了修理质量,维修工效也得到明显提高。

| Abstract: | Spin axis sealing part of armored equipment driving device often has the problem of oil leak.Aiming at this phenomenon,this paper firstly analyzes the existing failure mechanism of sealing ring and makes improvement in design.The problem ring is replaced by a newly designed one,it is lapping elasticity sealing ring,whose structure characteristics,working principle and so on are analyzed.The tests of no-load and load on bench show that oil leak problem is not only settled thoroughly,but the maintenance work efficiency and quality are also improved. |
