新型管压传感器的研制及应用

摘    要:针对目前外卡式管压传感器存在的问题,设计制作了一种新型外卡式ICP(Integrated Circuit Piezoelectric)型管压传感器。利用该传感器采集了柴油机高压油管压力信号,通过对测试信号的无延时实时滤波、去趋势项和归一化处理,实现了柴油机转速的准确计算;通过时域波形的分析,提取了4个喷油特征点。研究结果表明:该传感器具有使用方便、性能可靠和测试准确的特点。

Abstract:Considering the existing problems of the clamp-on pipe pressure sensor, a new ICP ( Integrated Circuit Piezoelectric) pipe pressure sensor is designed. The pressure signal is sampled by the sensor, through the real-time filtering, trend-removing and normalization processing, the exact calculation of the diesel engine rotate speed is achieved. By analyzing the pressure wave signals in time domain, the four oil-injection characteristics points are extracted. The research results indicate that this sensor has the advantages of usage convenience, function credibility and testing accuracy.
