摘    要:优化选择了测试工况和测试参数,在实车上测量了倒拖过程中的汽缸压缩压力、电机启动电流和曲轴转速信号,建立了一种坦克柴油机汽缸密封性评估方法。该方法同时兼顾了柴油机汽缸密封性的整体性和各缸之间的差异性,测试成本低,评估速度快,易于推广应用。

Abstract:Optimized measurement condition and parameter are selected.The cylinder compression pressure,electric machine starting current and crankshaft speed are tested in the process of reverse dragging on actual vehicle.The method of evaluation on tank diesel engine cylinder sealing is put forward.This method can be used to evaluate the collectivity and individuality of cylinder sealing,just with low test cost,quick evaluation speed and easy application.
