基于TRIZ的磁流变减振器双向限压阀设计

摘    要:应用TRIZ理论,设计了适用于磁流变减振器MRFD(Magnetorheological Fluid Dampers)要求、占用空间小的限压阀。根据TRIZ推荐的解决物理矛盾的发明原理,提出了MRFD的节流阀和限压阀不同于传统成熟结构,应按空间分离布置;根据解决技术矛盾的发明原理,应用了分割密封件受力面积以减小弹簧受力,合并同向阀、异向阀以减小各阀所占空间等方法,最终完成了双向限压阀设计,实现了用一个结构紧凑的双向限压阀代替多个单向限压阀的目标。

Abstract:TRIZ theory is used to design decompression valve of MRFD (Magnetorheological Fluid Dampers). According to innovation theory from TRIZ, a conclusion that the MR valves and the decompression valves must be placed respectively is drawn and different innovation schemes are put forward, for example, dividing up the seal area to reduce pressing force on spring, incorporating different valves to reduce room taken up by them.
