摘    要:研究了振动烈度的相关方法和理论,以WD615柴油机供油系断油故障诊断为例,通过各缸断油时振动烈度值与正常状态下振动烈度值的比较分析,验证了利用振动烈度进行发动机供油系统故障诊断方法的正确性。

Abstract:This paper studies the method and theory of vibration intensity,and takes the fuel-stop fault of diesel engine fuel supply system of the WD615 as example,after comparing the value while fuel supply of a cylinder has been cut off with the value while the system is in regular state.It verifies that the method which utilizes the vibration intensity index to diagnose fuel-stop fault of diesel engine fuel supply system is correct.
