| 摘 要： | 针对一种双管正激ZVT-PWM软开关电路进行了研究,笔者分析了其工作原理,给出了理论分析波形,通过MATLAB/SIMULINK软件对电路进行了仿真,通过传真验证了电路分析的正确性,同时也发现了电路存在的缺陷。针对这种缺陷,提出了一种改进型的双管正激ZVT-PWM软开关电路,通过电路仿真证实了改进型电路的合理性和优越性。

| Abstract: | The principle of double transistors forward ZVT-PWM soft switch circuit is analyzed; it also gives the theory wave forms. By using MATLAB/SIMULINK, the circuit is simulated. Thus the circuit analysis proves true and the bug is also found via simulation. In allusion to this bug, a kind of novel double transistors forward ZVT-PWM soft switch circuit is designed. Finally, the novel circuit's superiority and rationality are confirmed. |
