坦克排烟管热电转换模拟试验研究

摘    要:为降低坦克排烟管的红外特性,设计了应用于坦克排烟管高温表面的热电转换方案,并进行了模拟试验和理论计算。结果表明:热电转换器件的开路电压和负载电压、负载电流随冷热面温差的增加呈线性增长,而输出功率、效率则以二次方的速度增长;多片热电转换器件组合能够实现所要求的电能输出。试验中热电系统产生的电能驱动散热风扇运转,说明热电转换用于高温度、高热通量场合实现红外抑制的目的是切实可行的。模拟试验表明:经热量转换和热量转移后热电转换系统表面温度较模拟坦克排烟管表面温度下降超过33%,说明利用热电转换方案实现坦克高温部位的红外抑制效果明显。
