| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种具有软启动／软关断功能的电子开关模块，该电子开关以功率器件BTS555为核心，辅以软启动／软关断电路，可以实现电机类感性负载的软启动／软关断功能，有利于抑制电动机的启动电流，减小供电电网的电压波动，改善供电质量。同时，设计的采样电路可以精确测量电压、电流信号，有利于电网的智能化控制和故障自诊断。

| Abstract: | An electric switch which has the function of soft start and soft close is introduced. It is based on the power switch BTS555 with a soft start / close circuit. So it can realize the function of soft start and soft close when the load is inductive such as motors. This is good for restraining start current and diminishing the voltage fluctuation of the electrical net so that the power supply quality is improved. At the same time, the sampling circuits can measure the voltage and current signal accurately. It is great helpful for the power supply net to realize intelligently control and fault diagnosis. |
