The ability and levels of the Materiel Logistics have already become a decisive factor that affects the war progress and result. The Material Logistics research based on military equipment supports, matching with our national condition and having our army's features is still in the preliminary stage. In accordance with the characteristics of our army's equipment support system and the demand of the high-tech war, this paper expounds the necessity and construction foundations of materiel logistics construction and makes researches into the wartime construction problems which must be particularly focused on.
