| 摘 要： | 通过对我军装甲装备器材管理体制中,器材计划请领与供给的现状分析,提出了运用运筹学的理论和方法,结合计算机信息化管理手段,探讨装甲装备器材消耗规律模型和进行申请计划辅助决策分析的一整套解决方案。
