摘    要:针对坦克变速箱振动信号在状态监测中测点的选择问题,提出了根据不同测点的频响特性优化振动测点的方法。通过分析变速箱箱体的有限元动力学模型,得到箱体的各阶固有频率和振型,选择模态分析中总位移较大的位置作为最优的测点安装传感器,为试验测点布置以及状态监测和评估提供理论支持。研究结果表明:位于风扇联动装置齿轮箱附近的传感器对变速箱振动信号的强弱变化比较敏感。

Abstract:Aiming at the choice of measuring points in condition monitoring for vibration signal of tank gearbox,a method of optimizing vibration measuring points according to frequency response characteristics of different measuring points is proposed.By analyzing finite element dynamics model of gearbox,natural frequencies and vibration modes of each order are obtained.Choosing placements whose total displacement are larger in modal analysis as optimal measuring points to install sensors,which provides theoretical support for arrangement of measuring points and condition monitoring and evaluation.The research results show that the sensors placed nearby fan linkage device are more sensitive to variation of vibration signal of gearbox.
